Scranton is easily reached from all points in the Northeast. Driving time from New York City,  Philadelphia, Trenton, Hartford or Syracuse is less than three hours. 

• From the North: I-81 South to Exit 185
• From the West: I-80 East to I-81 North to Exit 185
• From Connecticut and New England: I-84 West to I-81 South to Exit 185
• From New York City and Northern New Jersey: I-80 West to I-380 West to I-81 South to Exit 185
• From Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey: Northeast Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike to Exit 37, I-81 North to Exit 185
• From Baltimore and Washington: I-83 North to I-81 North to Exit 185

From Exit 185 (Central Scranton Expressway): bear left toward Central City. (You will see the University of Scranton's athletic field on your immediate left.) Take lane for Spruce Street and pass under the railroad bridge to the traffic light. Go straight through light and after one block you will see Courthouse Square, the festival site, on your right.
